Your purchase is governed by our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18 years of age you must inform a parent or guardian that you are using this site and let them know about our Privacy Policy before you register with us.

We reserve the right to change information, prices, and descriptions of listed goods at any time without notice.
Products for sale on our website are provided for domestic and consumer use only. We do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of this site
We take no responsibility for delays in the delivery of orders that are out of our control, such as postal/delivery services.
We do not provide any warranties in relation to any of our products. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer or your rights to cancel or refund your orders.

Registration Process
To make an order with us you must create an account using your email address and unique password. When you register for an account please ensure you keep your login details private and secure. If you think the security of your password has been compromised then login and change it right away or contact us at contact@10LDN.co.uk.
All registration information (“Personal Information”) will be kept safe and will be dealt with in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be found here.
Mailing List
Should you sign up to our mailing list we will only ever contact you via email, with relevant information regarding your purchases, special offers or launch information.
If you do not wish to receive such communications from us, you can unsubscribe can be clicking on the unsubscribe button at the bottom of any of our emails. It can take up to 48 hours for your subscription to be cancelled.
Ordering
When placing an order please ensure all of the information you provide to correct before completing your order.
All orders placed are subject to stock availability. Should an order you place be out of stock by the time it is received, we will contact you as soon as possible and issue a same day refund or exchange. Refunds may take up to three working days to appear back in your account. You will receive acknowledgement that your refund has been processed.
Once you have confirmed your purchase and payment has been received, we will process, pack and ship your order on the same day (if it is made before 3pm) or on the next working day.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email containing the details of your purchase.

All prices and delivery charges shown on the website are inclusive if VAT and all transactions are made in GBP.
Payment
We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal. Payment by card will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. The use of promotional codes to offer a discount on the advertised price on site are at our discretion and may not be used in conjunction with other offers.
All payments made by debit/credit card are subject to authorisation of your card issuer. If your payment is declined or unauthorised, we are not liable for any delay to your order.
10 LDN has taken all the precautions possible to ensure the data you provide on our site is secure, however, we are not liable for any loss you may suffer should a third party obtain unauthorised access to any of your personal data on our site.
Cancelling an Order
If you have placed an order but wish to change or cancel it then please contact us at cntact@10ldn.co.uk as soon as you can. We will try our best to make any changes but cannot guarantee this. If your order has already been dispatched then we will be unable to cancel your order.
Returns Policy
If you aren’t completely happy with your order, then we have a 14-day refund or exchange policy in which you can return your products. All products must be securely packaged up, in their original packaging and in their original unworn condition for them to be accepted as a return.
To return your product, you must email us at contact@10ldn.co.uk informing us that you will be returning your product in it’s original packaging and condition. Returns must be sent back to: Unit 6, 31 Mount Sion, Tunbridge Wells, TN1 1TN.
10 LDN does not provide a free delivery service for returns, therefore any delivery costs incurred by the return is made by the customer, unless the goods are faulty or sent by us incorrectly.

Processing of returns can take up to 5 working days and refunds issued to your account can require up to 7 days. We recommend you retain a “proof of postage” from your chosen carrier.
Product Disclaimer: Some 10 LDN are 100% woven to provide our customers with the best quality socks. It is completely normal to experience some loose threads during the first few wears. This will reduce once the sock is warn in and washed. We do not provide refunds on the basis of loose threads.
Product Image Disclaimer: All 10 LDN socks are photographed and described on the website as accurately as possible, however, we cannot guarantee every photograph will accurately depict the exact colour of the socks. To ensure the best quality our socks 100% woven fabric, therefore it is normal for the odd thread to become loose with wear and tear. If you are unsure about making your purchase and have questions about the product, please contact us with any questions on contact@10ldn.co.uk.
Pre-Orders
At certain times of the year or in the run up to a new release, we sometimes offer customers the ability to pre order certain products.
For any product that is available for pre order we provide an estimated date that the item will be in stock. This date is an approximation to the best of our knowledge but is not exact and we hold no responsibility if the subsequent order and delivery is after the estimated date provided at the time of your pre-order. We will do everything we can to ensure your pre order is delivered as quickly as possible.
Payment for your pre-order will be taken at the time of ordering like any other purchase.
If you wish don’t wish to pay for a pre-order but would like to be notified when a particular product comes into stock, you can email us with your request at contact@10ldn.co.uk.
Promotional codes
Any promotional codes used on this site have the right to only apply to certain products as and when stated by us. Promotional codes and discounts are unable to be applied after an order has been completed. Only one promotional code can be used per order and not in conjunction with any other discount code.
